After this training, participants will have gained all of the knowledge and approaches required to implement the Lean Six Sigma method.

Training goals
This training, which is the second level of a “Lean Six-Sigma” professional qualification, provides the knowledge required for managing continuous improvement projects or projects on implementing operational excellence, primarily on the following themes:
- BPM, DMADV, DMAIC, etc.
- Problem solving,
- VSM, SPC, etc.
- PLT and PCE, etc.
Instructional/supervisory tools:
- This certification contains 20 modules organised around intermediary quizzes and workshops.
- Case study: pragmatic and fun approach to statistics with the Raving Rabbids catapult.
Assessment tools:
The participants will be sent a MCQ after the training and must complete it by email/web platform within a certain amount of time
Participants:
Anyone in any profession needing to participate in implementing an “Operational Excellence” approach in order to be as efficient as possible in performance continuous improvement projects.
Prerequisites:
Be Yellow Belt Practitioner certified within the last six months

- CASE STUDY Stage 1
Wednesday:
- 5S
- Problem resolution (including toolkit)
- SPC (statistical process control) Level 1
- CASE STUDY Stage 2
Thursday:
- CASE STUDY Stage 3
- Measure performance: KPI – Overall Equipment Efficiency, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Economic Rate of Return
