With the rise in property prices, our employees, especially young people, are finding it increasingly difficult to find decent-sized housing without being two hours away from their workplace.

This obersvation led us to the creation of the “Davidson Campus” which has the same objective by adding a dimension of convviality. It was inaugurated on December 2, 2014 with the presence of many journalists but also future co-tenants.

The Davidson campus makes it possible to rent to a few employees 7 apartments in the near parisian suburbs (Clamart 92), overlooking common living rooms : large fitted kitchen where employees can cook,  a dining area to dine together, a library lounge to simply watch TV or read a book quietly and finally a beautiful exotic wood terrace with trees and equipment (garden, furniture, barbecue, etc…).

Beneficiaries can stay there for a year, while they are financially secure to find accommodation on their own.
