Our client success stories

Strategic reflection and carbon footprint
As part of the creation of the CSR entity of the group, we supported a French carpenter in evaluating socio-ecological impacts and exploring possibilities to transform its business model towards a regenerative model.
After this strategic phase, it became clear that impact measurement needed structuring, so we continued by helping perform their baseline carbon footprint and first action plan following the BPI x ADEME “Decarbon’action” method.

Carbon footprint and transition plan
Pushed by their main client and wanting to turn economic constraints into a competitive advantage, a group specializing in automotive robot manufacturing launched an ecological transition program in 2022. We supported them on three fronts:
- Measuring greenhouse gas emissions of the French subsidiary and the relative impact of main products
- Raising awareness among management and employees about these issues for company sustainability
- Defining and implementing impact reduction levers

Carbon footprint
Spain launched a national program for companies to estimate, control, and publish their impacts (“Registro Nacional”). Meanwhile, major energy and transport companies in the EU must control their impact to meet Green Deal goals. In this demanding regulatory context, a responsible merchant group operating a gas station network wanted to estimate and verify its impact according to ISO 14064-1.
