Your mission:
As a Facilities Site Coordinator, you will support the Facilities Engineering & Operations team during the ramp-up phase of a manufacturing environment.
You will act as the local Facilities representative on site and the main point of contact for infrastructure-related activities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, contractors, suppliers and manufacturing stakeholders.
Your ability to coordinate technical activities, manage priorities and proactively identify issues will be key to success in this role.
In details:
- Act as the local Facilities representative and provide daily on-site support
- Monitor infrastructure activities and identify potential issues before they impact operations
- Coordinate external contractors and suppliers
- Organize and attend site coordination meetings
- Follow up corrective actions and verify completed works
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules
- Support facility infrastructure activities including HVAC, cooling systems, electrical distribution, utilities and building services
- Assist manufacturing teams with infrastructure-related requests
- Follow up ongoing projects such as equipment installations, utility connections, mechanical and electrical works
- Coordinate maintenance activities and emergency interventions when required
- Follow up quotations, purchase requests and vendor activities
- Provide regular reporting on site status, progress, risks and open actions
Your profile:
You have a technical background in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services, with experience supporting industrial environments.
You are comfortable coordinating contractors, suppliers and technical teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility operations, industrial maintenance or construction coordination
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical systems and utilities
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Hands-on and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
- Experience in clean rooms, manufacturing facilities, commissioning or facility maintenance is an asset
- Good command of English

Telecommunications industry
Telecommunications are a key part of Davidson’s history. From equipment suppliers to operators and users, since the company’s inception we’ve been working with those who devise, roll out and run fixed and mobile communications networks all around the globe. Founded during the 3G period, Davidson saw the first rollouts of 4G/LTE, convergence via IMS, the emergence of the Internet of Things, the popularisation of fibre optics, the introduction of SDNs, etc.
Davidson is now one of the leading telecoms consulting providers in France and Europe, supported by its experts and project managers drawing on a wealth of internal resources: a training institute (5G, IoT, PMP, FTTx, virtualisation, etc.), rooms dedicated to ideation and meetups (Singular), an R&D department (leading multiple partnerships and financing arrangements, including INRIA, Telecom SudParis, ESEO/ENSTA Bretagne and Eurecom) and a unit for monitoring normalization/standardization (responsible for the publication of “5G networks”, éditions Eyrolles).
