General Scope of the Mission
The project aimed to strengthen the IT security of the Téléthon by developing a detailed roadmap for implementing a cybersecurity policy.
Actions :
- Definition of a cybersecurity strategy
- Management of the various projects planned for the implementation of the cybersecurity policy
- Coordination of teams to ensure the achievement of objectives
- Ensuring the security of the Téléthon’s digital infrastructure
- Drafting of various RFQs required for the implementation of cybersecurity solutions
