For a CRM solutions client – Digital responsibility maturity audit and LCA
Funded by an investment fund requiring all financed companies to reduce negative externalities, this digital solutions provider began impact reflection on one product.
After initial eco-design training for key project actors, an audit led to a personalized eco-design guide. Davidson then performed an LCA to define and prioritize a realistic and ambitious transition plan.
For a telecom client – Impact desk & LowExcel
Mobile operator regulations demand increasing transparency; the network footprint is about 50% of telecom emissions.
We support operations management in setting up and industrializing the “Impact desk” project processes to evaluate (carbon footprint and LCA) decarbonization ideas from stakeholders on operating sites.
As the desk evolved, existing tools reached limits, so we collaborated with business departments to adapt LowExcel to the desk and carbon footprint teams’ needs.

The group organized two-day workshops using “My Little Big Map” and trained facilitators.
