General Scope of the Mission

The mission involved deploying the group CRM and ERP functions across CANAL+ DISTRIBUTION’s international subsidiaries, particularly in Poland. 

Actions :

  • Creation of a design system, harmonization and optimization of components 
  • Analysis of country-specific features, functionalities, and user needs 
  • Definition of relevant and seamless user journeys 
  • Design of dynamic prototypes used for various user testing sessions 
  • Testing and validation of user flows 
  • Launch of new e-shop journeys for regions such as Africa and Asia-Pacific 
  • Creation and adaptation of new visual identities for brands 
  • Development of visual templates with ready-to-use guidelines
