Mission / Profile
You’ll be working to support customer teams, most often from the Supply Chain department, in order to deliver agreed levels of service to end customers while minimising transportation costs.
As a Supply Chain Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- Drawing up cost-reducing logistics plans
- Sizing warehouse capacity in line with operating requirements
- Specifying operating methods and processes
- Setting performance indicators and ensuring they are managed
- Streamlining logistical workflows in conjunction with methods
- Identifying and implementing changes to the associated information system (reporting, data analysis, corrective actions)
- Providing support to the sales function: preparing orders, producing export documents, sending customs documents to customers, procuring parts, tracking inventories, calculating stock levels and analysing costs generated
Skills (pre-existing or to be acquired)
- You have a postgraduate degree and some initial experience as a Supply Chain or logistics engineer at a plant facility
- Proficiency in SAP and good English skills are required

- With your listening skills and fighting spirit, you’re someone who can achieve the goals set for you and present new logistical solutions
