Mission / Profile
As part of Davidson’s finance division, you’ll work with one of our customers – a leading financial institution and major international bank – as a PMO. Your work will consist of assisting the team leader or project manager in implementing the following activities:
- Rolling out project management processes and tools to the local IT or project teams (quality, cost, delivery)
- Creating and monitoring the IT or project team training plan
- Rolling out project methods (including but not limited to Agile methods) to the local IT or project teams
- Rolling out new ITIL processes (project management, incident management, etc.) to the local IT or project teams
- Rolling out a knowledge management solution
- On-the-job coaching
Skills (pre-existing or to be acquired)
- Postgraduate degree (engineering, business school, graduate degree in finance)
- Proven expertise in project management & or PMO activities
- Solid experience in change management
