Mission / Profile

Working with our customers’ design or innovation offices, you will be in charge of BU convergence. Did we just hear you say, “Convergence! I’m all about that! I was born to make convergence happen!” That means you’re perfect for systems engineering roles: analysis, coordination, management, etc.

You’ll be in charge of making sure that business units interact well within the project, ensuring that everyone sticks to the specifications and that all efforts are well aligned and synchronised. This process continues throughout the product development cycle, from the initial specification to final acceptance by the customer, meaning that you will:

  • Convert customer requirements into system requirements
  • Manage requirement matrices
  • Analyse anomalies and impacts throughout the project
  • Support the development teams
  • Check the conformity of deliverables
  • Take part in project milestone meetings

Skills (pre-existing or to be acquired)

  • Still-valid engineering degree
  • A number of technical skills (software and/or mechanical systems and/or electronics and/or design, etc.)
  • A few years of experience (or more)
  • DOORS-type requirement tracking software
  • Strong English, especially reading and writing

Talents/soft skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in communication and persuasion
